What do you do when you’re feeling low?
Stress eat?
Yell?
Cry?
Not eat?
Run?
Listen to music?
Call a friend?
Read a book?
I think I’ve done all of them, at some point in time. But what’s been working for me lately is focusing on a happy memory. Looking at pictures and videos that just make smile and laugh have helped the most ❤️
Just know, it’s ok to have a bad day, week, month, 2 years 🤦🏻♀️ We’re all human. Seasons of life happen, but don’t let those feelings eat you alive. I never knew that taking care of my body meant my mind too. It’s something I’ve been working on for several years while undoing damage from years past.
Don’t neglect your mental health.
Oooo and kiddo hugs and doggo snuggles work too 🥰

My training was clunky today.
New programming. New gym, which is much larger compared to the last 2 I’ve been at. I was pressed for time.
I felt like I was all over the place. I couldn’t figure out the correct weight for my new moves. I was frustrated for a minute, took a breath, and pushed through.
But guess what?
This is normal!
We get turned off from change because it’s hard.
At first.
But what about in 4/6/8 weeks from now?
Stop stopping because it’s hard. Stop stopping because it’s uncomfortable.
And btw, we got you 😜 we are here to help every step of the way 👍🏼
