This is a debatable question… but I must say it. It is my belief that you train up your child to be able to stand on their on two feet. You teach them to become the best person they can be. But parenting doesn’t come in a book or with instructions. So we as parents make mistakes and so do our children. The lessons though come best at home, rather than in the streets because those lessons cost! Called fines or prison sentences. So baby you mad because I whopped ass growing up? Or you learn when you pop off at the cops bc you couldn’t keep your hands to yourself, n now you wearing cuffs or worse. Because baby listen these streets don’t play wit you. They don’t ask questions, they not yo friends, and bullets will kill you! So remember that ass whoppin when you jumped up in this house and why you got it. That was a lesson to teach you right from wrong. If u was out here in this cruel world doing that s**t, a punishment would be a blessing. Nah people out here getting killed and locked up for doing dumb s**t. Don’t get mad at the messenger. Get mad at yourself and check that knucklehead behavior at the door. Lesson learnt. Now parents that don’t mean choke ya children. There’s a limit, know the difference between love and control your actions. That is all. Peace and love.
