Documentation Analyst - Hybrid

We are looking for a Documentation Analyst for a client of ours in Williamsville, NY.

They are an equipment finance company that offers equipment financing solutions to small businesses nationwide. They finance any equipment a business needs to operate. This covers anything from software and computers to new and used machinery and trucks.

Daily responsibilities include:

• preparing loan documents
• communicating with customers and originators
• reviewing loan documents for funding

The ideal candidate should be detailed oriented and pride themselves on accuracy.

Communication skills, the desire to learn, and work in an exciting and fast paced environment is a must.

Flexibility, social interaction, and aptitude for multitasking is a requirement for success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to organization and prioritize tasks
• Ability to solve math problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
