Right after my birthday, I went on my first cruise and experienced something I didn’t realize I’d been craving: diversity, joy, love, and respect, all existing together so naturally.

Then I came home, and the contrast was overwhelming. I don’t even know how to put it into words without it being misunderstood.

I miss simple. I miss kindness. I miss when it felt easier to just be human.

Justo después de mi cumpleaños, me fui a mi primer crucero y viví algo que no sabía cuánto necesitaba: diversidad, felicidad, amor y respeto, todo conviviendo de una manera tan natural.

Luego regresé a casa, y el contraste fue fuerte. Ni siquiera sé cómo explicarlo sin que se malinterprete.

Extraño lo simple. Extraño la amabilidad. Extraño cuando se sentía más fácil simplemente ser humano.
