**Due to the majority of our products being custom designs payment is due when the order is placed. Once your order is placed you will receive an invoice that must be paid prior to us beginning on your design. For orders $20+ we will accept a partial payment with the second half due before your items can be shipped. Thank you for your understanding and allowing us to have policies in place to help our small business grow.

**Due to Covid 19 and rising health concerns we are not accepting returns at this time. Your satisfaction is still our top priority and we are happy to work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
