Velvet Underground returns by popular demand as a candlelit salon for the quietly bold and playfully curious, blending cocktail-party ease with intentional connection. Step into a lush, intimate setting where conversation, sensory experiences, and spontaneous moments unfold through music, atmosphere, and shared presence. With specialty cocktails, non-alcoholic elixirs, and gentle facilitation woven throughout the evening, guests are invited to explore connection, creativity, and embodiment at their own pace. Think conscious nightlife meets artful gathering — a space where delight, depth, and curiosity naturally meet.

We are excited to share that Sound Mind is hosting our first SING AWAKENING RETREAT in the Catskills this spring — May 8–10 — together with the amazing artist & facilitator Nick Demeris , at .experience

It’s a 3-day immersive experience centered around music as a pathway to connection, creativity, and renewal. Designed for anyone craving reset, creative inspiration, community, or deeper connection — no music or singing experience needed, just openness and curiosity. - for all who know music can be a pathway for personal and collective transformation.

The retreat includes:

✨ collaborative singing and music experiences and performances
✨ guided workshops, meditation & yoga
✨ sauna + cold plunge + nature immersion
✨ a beautiful Catskills retreat center + nourishing meals
✨ space to unplug, connect, and recharge

Tickets just went live and early bird pricing ends soon, so I wanted to share before that closes.
