We give a friendly, public face to our clients via our Brand Ambassadors. They are tasked with representing the brand like it is their own, using their entrepreneurial experience and communication skills to encourage shoppers to try something new and lifestyle-enhancing. Over time, these
ambassadors have the chance to become Assistant Managers, and one day, entrepreneurs in their own ventures. Our Career Advancement Program gives them the complete toolkit to be skilled business people over the course of 18 months, and we encourage them to treat each initiative with success in mind, driven professionalism and unflinching integrity.
