Connection for Health and Healing Program

Over 1,000 people have been helped by our Social Worker program since it launched last year. Due to high demand, we've added a 6th position, based out of the Mid-County Branch. Social workers are available to help people access services around mental health, housing, food, substance abuse, parenting and more.
