After a 3 year hiatus, my son Bre’on and I conquered another Spartan race! 🎉 This event is significant to us as he has been dealing with a chronic health condition that has caused him to have to stop participating in just about every activity he loved (track, band, etc.). He has his good days and he has his bad days, this day was a good day! Completing this 10k obstacle course allowed him to be his old self, and it let him know that he can get back there again!
