Nine Banded Homes

Our first home that we designed, all on our own, at 26 years old. We had very unique circumstances and friends in home building that led us down the path of new construction. We both loved the idea of starting fresh in a new home that we could make our own.

We built with in 2012 and loved the process! 👏🏼 We actually never took professional photos, because they were gracious enough to let us move in early, when our first born was just two weeks old. We recently enjoyed looking at photos we found of the houses’ listing online.

We definitely learned a lot and thought we were building a long-term home for our family.

God had other plans and we received an offer to buy the house before we even started the first tedious step of listing. (This was a complete God-send with two babies, two dogs and a husband that worked out of town. 😅)

Our love for design and construction started twelve years ago. The details matter. We plan to help others with the details and pray that they can enjoy the roller coaster of building life with us. There are always challenges in building, but as says, “we were built to do hard things.”
