onfiguration is pressurized for 30 minutes or longer to inspect for any leakage. We get on the roof surface and access the attic to inspect for adequate insulation, ventilation and any defects in the roof structure. And, then the receptacles, windows, doors, interior plumbing and appliances are inspected plus so much more. We inspect anything and everything that we can get our hands on. Your inspection report will be emailed in paragraph form in easy to understand terminology. We take pictures of every area of your home and include with your report pictures of major defects. The report is emailed to you within 24 hours of your inspection. Then, we are available seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm to answer any questions.
