BUSY SEASON IS HERE ✨

As event season ramps up, we wanted to share a few helpful reminders to ensure your rental experience goes as smoothly as possible!

📦 DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our delivery service includes packing your order, delivering it to your venue, and returning after your event for pickup.

Large rental items such as dance floors, backdrops, bars, lounge furniture, and similar pieces will be delivered and installed by our team.

Custom installations—including hanging lights, ceiling treatments, dramatic draping, and other specialty setups—require additional labor and will be reflected on your quote. If a custom installation fee is not listed on your proposal, our team is not scheduled to complete that installation on event day.

Please be sure to review your quote and confirm who is responsible for setup and installation prior to your event.

🍽️ TABLETOP RENTALS & TEARDOWN

For chargers, goblets, flatware, candleholders, and other tabletop items, all rentals should be consolidated and ready for pickup when our team returns.

Would you rather not handle the cleanup? We offer teardown services for an additional fee, allowing our team to pack and organize your rental items at the conclusion of your event.

🚛 CUSTOMER PICKUP & RETURNS

Prefer to pick up your rentals yourself? We offer complimentary warehouse pickup and return options.

• Pickups: Thursday before your event | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Returns: Monday following your event | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

These designated days allow our warehouse team to be available to assist with loading and unloading your order.

The week of your event, our team will contact you to schedule your specific pickup time slot.
