Drywall repair after a pipe leaking inside a wall. The customer asked if I could make it accessible in case future work was needed. So I made the center section removable with the molding attached to it so the seam isn't visible.

We completed this job several weeks ago. This was a patio which the builder put 1/2" sheetrock as the ceiling. The customer was always having issues with cracks and the texture repeatedly coming down. We pulled it all down, leveled the trusses with 1x4 nailer strips, then installed a completely PVC panel, no maintenance ceiling system. Even if there was ever a leak, the ceiling will not come down or show damage. To clean, just spray it with water.

Hope everyones getting ready for this cold snap thats coming tomorrow night. Be sure to cover your non-cold hardy plants. They will definitely rake a hit and be damaged if not killed by this weather. Real feel 23°
