All item images will be sent for a final approval by the customer before being shipped or given. Which means, there will be no refunds. Only store credit or item replacement. Once an item(s) has shipped it is out of my hands and has to be taken up with the method of shipment. I can and will provide a tracking number for items that were shipped.
