People often ask me "just what do you do?"
I can understand why it seems confusing for many of you.

I have lived a life of so many experiences and it is my calling to teac from those experiences.....and that's why I share about so many different topics/themes/catagories etc.

Basically, my mission is to guide people in making sense of their experiences by showing them a more grounded, aligned way of living that soothes their soul and/or ignites their energy.

Once they're grounded and open to explore new strategies and practical action steps, changes begin to happen.

I've had many clients tell me "I've never looked at (the challenge) that way before. These suggestions feel much more natural and doable for me."
