Burger review that turned into more of a restaurant review at The Block at Woods Hill in Seaport, Boston. One of the most different burgers you will try. I usually only mention desserts at meals if it stands out and this one absolutely did.
Ranked 5th on Beli’s list of the best Burgers in Boston is the Street Bar in the Newbury Hotel. A whopping $36 burger will have you contemplating paying the price for this decadent meat frisbee. But is it worth the price of admission?
Sandwich review from a new spot in Boston ran by two 24 year olds!! Two guys with a dream serving up fantastic sandwiches. How can you beat that?
Bostons South End just got a gem.

I caught up with Jon Osborne of Osborne Family Maple up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont to see why their maple syrup is truly the best around. What I found was a touching tribute dedicated to Jon’s late father, and a company that has grown organically because their product really is liquid gold. If you love maple syrup and Vermont made maple syrup, there’s no other syrup you should turn to.
Stopped into Jim’s Market in Medford for Sunday Sandos to try their famous B-Boy Breakfast Sandwich. This neighborhood gem has been serving these things up for 50 years. Traditionally these bad boys are drenched in James River BBQ sauce. It worked great with the sandwich.
Portsmouth & The Sea Coast is hosting their spring restaurant week starting this Thursday, April 9th and it runs through April 18th. I had a chance to try a few spots in Portsmouth, and I was really really impressed with their food scene. Cure even made my list as being one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Fantastic stuff. Head down and check out restaurant week!
The North Shore Roast Beef has come to the city of Boston, and Fenway Park. Game On Fenway just started doing a Roast Beef for all you fans out there. This thing was massive, and I called in an expert to see if the hype was worth it. NSRBs are a scary subject to bring up in Mass because of the popularity and scrutiny these sandwiches face from fans, so I suggest going to try it yourself before being quick to judge.
