At our briefing, Michela Bedard of reminded us of an important fact - we have no idea what menstrual equity actually looks like. There is not a single country in the world that has achieved menstrual equity.
That got us thinking - what does menstrual equity actually look like? What would a society that has achieved it actually consist of?

As you navigate your particular needs and care, it’s crucial to know the difference between being supported and being overlooked when it comes to your treatment plans.
Empower yourself with knowledge, advocate for your health, and remember your voice matters in every step of your treatment. If your medical provider disagrees, it may be time to find a new one.
