Got a new road race PR (14:25) last weekend and got a chance to meet at the Fast Pace Race in North Georgia. Fitness is in a really good place this early in the season and I can't wait to race again on Thanksgiving to try to defend my ATL Thanksgiving 5k title.

It's not often you get to try something new when you've been in a sport for so long. And honestly, it's pretty terrifying, but in a good way. Like imagine all of the possibilities. After almost two full years of intermittent training, hiccups, and flashes of what could be, I still believe in me and my team and my training, and I'm so excited to see what we've built tomorrow. The Pittsburgh half is in the morning and I'm thrilled. 👻👻 Also, a very special thanks to for putting up with all of the 6 AM mornings slipping out to get runs in. I couldn't ask for anything more 😘

This is the only time I'll not look super pale next to Ana so of course I had to take advantage. So happy we got to spend the first beautiful spring weekend outside getting drinks! I couldn't ask for a better partner 😘

How I feel about finishing my first race since July, after a long year of up and down training. A 10th place finish at the Vulcan 10k is a first step going into track season.

Float like a butterfly, down-step like a much heavier, way less graceful butterfly. Flying into the holiday weekend with a 12 mile cutdown with the crew! Have a safe weekend everyone. @ Piedmont Park

We typically save the gloomy expressions for race day starting lines, but I think an 8 mile tempo earns it too.
