It’s a 3-day, plug-and-play plan to turn “cold leads” into new paying clients WITHOUT spending a dime on ads.
***This will work best if you are sitting on a list of old leads who never signed up for your membership.
..So save this post because it can make you serious $$$.
Let's dive in...
1️⃣ Step 1: Build a no-brainer offer
Pick something you rarely (or never) offer but make sure you charge something for it:
* Keep it under $100 (works even better under $50)
* Make sure you haven’t offered this in the past 6+ months
The goal: make the deal so good they’d feel silly saying no.
2️⃣ Step 2: Send this exact sequence
DAY 1 – Email #1 + Text #1
▪️ Email Subject: “We’ve NEVER offered this before”
▪️ Email Body: Introduce the offer, explain why it’s special, and what they need to do to claim it (link or reply instructions).
▪️ Text Message: Send something like this 👇 (make sure you comply with texting laws)
“Hey [First Name], we’re doing something we’ve never done before. For the next 72-hours ONLY, we opened 10 spots for our [Offer Name]. Want one? Reply YES and we’ll save you a spot!”
DAY 2 – Email #2
▪️ Email Subject: “⏳ Time is running out, we have [X] spots left…”
▪️ Email Body: Create urgency — For example: “half the spots are already gone” — and include a quick success story or testimonial for proof of your results.
DAY 3 – Email #3 (Morning)
▪️ Email Subject: “Don’t miss this — Offer ends TONIGHT”
▪️ Email Body: Push urgency. Tell them the clock is running out, highlight what they’ll miss if they don’t act, and include a bold link or CTA.
DAY 3 – Email #4 + Text #2 (Evening)
▪️ Email Subject: “Final Call – Offer ends at midnight”
▪️ Email Body: Scarcity mode. Make it clear this is their last chance and exactly how to claim the spot.
▪️ Text Message: Send something like this 👇 (make sure you comply with texting laws)
“Last chance, [First Name]! Our [Offer Name] closes at midnight. Want in?”
3️⃣ Step 3: Track & repeat
▪️ Keep the offer open for exactly 72 hours.
▪️ Track opens, replies, and sales so you can repeat what worked next time.
This strategy can drive 5, 10, or even 20+ paid sign-ups into your gym in just three days.
You can even do this 2-3x per year, maybe even once per quarter.
