We know that trying new things can be scary. Along with a 30-day free trial, when you download RIA we have a wide range of detailed tutorials to guide you through the app. We understand that many of you are new to reselling and our guides include the "Why is this important" answers. We do our best to explain the information in a way that helps get you up and running faster. If you are a seasoned reseller, these guides will help you understand how to customize the app to your business specifications. Altering report defaults and suggested sell through dates are just a few examples of flexibility within the app.
Our goal is to provide you with as much support as possible when using our inventory management system. The self-help tools are online and we are always available with a DM on Instagram or an email to [email protected]. We are here to help.
