Meridian House is one of only two therapeutic communities in Massachusetts. This is an intensive residential treatment program for individuals with long-term substance misuse issues. Length of stay can be 9 to 15 months, depending on the needs of the individual. To enter this co-ed program you must be referred. Wait times for entry can be from two weeks to three months.
