A new home
After MUCH deep thought, and months processing, I am ecstatic about my new home on Instagram that you see here
Some of you have been here since literal day 1 in 2009 when I started my blog, 1FITFOODIE.
Iāve been using the internet to build, connect and share for 13 YEARS with one intention- to build a loyal COMMUNITY
I never made a dime from my blog.
I got on board with Instagram in 2010-ish, and found a brand NEW way to connect, grow and help people
Over the following years, I kept sharing, personal training full time, nutrition coaching ,and taking you along for the ride in its entirety.
When I started my own business in 2018- I had no idea that this decision would lead me to become DEEPLY passionate about helping other fitness professionals use the power of the internet to grow their business and free up time to ease the never ending burnout, I too experienced
I believe passionately in HUMAN CONNECTION; using your brand, superpowers & unique self to be that emotional magnet your clients are drawn to
Itās time for my account to morph, just as I have in my business
Its been a time of reflection, growth, discomfort and a rebirth of sorts, which is the most beautiful of it all.
Change IS uncomfortable. Its why people donāt make the moves they know they need because its āworkā and fear of what others will think
I am multi passionate - I love personal training and I love mentoring. I am an expert in BOTH and I want my new account to reflect motivation, boldness, growth and inspire you to take action in SOME capacity
Itās a clean, fresh start, connecting with YOU. Whether youāve worked with me or not, you are a part of my WHY
I am not at all scared of starting with ZERO followers, because I know that followers are not a business & I know how to use social media to grow personally and professionally
With over 13 years of experience as a fit pro, Iāve done and seen it all.
As a fit pro, you can go hire anyone to grow your businessā¦but its in your best interest to hire someone who lives and breathes entrepreneurship & fitness.

Keep doing it

These šš¼ ARE indeed important, but a bio about the years you graduated and became a trainer or the IIN certification you have wonāt connect someone to your story
You are a BRAND
People donāt buy from people and brands they donāt resonate with
YOU are the reason someone will come into your world and stick around no matter one
Itās the same reason why YOU keep buying clothes from one brand or continue to see the same hair stylist.
TRUST
Uncovering and sharing your story isnāt something that happens once and then youāre done. It is woven throughout EVERYTHING you do.
And then again, again and againā¦
