Join us for Boston Farms’ 4th Annual Move4Farms THIS Sunday, October 20th from 10am-12pm for our farm tours and 12-3pm. This family-friendly move-a-thon and community festival celebrates and supports our growing Black and Brown farming community through movement in , , and .
The day starts off with a guided tour of our current and future farm sites. Register at bit.ly/move4farms to walk, run, bike, or farm through each of the farmsites.
Hosted at our Tommy’s Rock Farm at 3 Akron Street, Roxbury, (between Alpine Street and Akron Street) which is closed to vehicular traffic for the duration of the festival.
This event features:
*Stretch, dance, move with Soulfire Movement
*Live music from King Of Hearts Entertainment
*Amazing Haitian food from Gourmet Kreyol food truck
*Artisan popsicles by Popsicools LLC
*The City's Boston Water and Sewer Commission
*Support businesses
*Lawn games and more!
Parking is limited; biking, walking, and taking Bay Transportation Authority - MBTA to the event is highly encouraged!
