Customer Service Representative / Accounting Clerk (Remote | Full Time | Eastern Time)
Rate: 5USD/hr
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative / Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role combines customer support responsibilities with basic accounting tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while handling financial and administrative work.
⚡ This is an urgent hiring requirement, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
The role requires working full time during Eastern Time business hours, so applicants must be comfortable working on this schedule.
👩💻 Key Responsibilities
📞 Customer Service
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Enter and update customer information in the system
• Track customer orders and provide updates as needed
💰 Accounting Support
📊 Accounts Receivable
• Post customer payments
• Make collection calls when necessary
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts
📑 Accounts Payable
• Post vendor payments
• Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies or account issues
• Assist with reconciling bank statements
✅ Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable handling phone and email interactions with customers
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good people skills and professional phone etiquette
• Proactive mindset and problem solving skills
• Fast learner and eager to grow
• Strong critical thinking skills
⭐ Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams
• Experience using E-Automate or similar systems
🕒 Work Schedule
Full Time
Must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours
