One of our favorite events to provide live plant rentals for was this stunning “1940’s Old Hollywood” wedding in beautiful , which got featured in last fall. It’s hard to believe this was how it all started 5 years ago, but here’s the proof!

Cliff notes version…I spent 2 years starting seeds and selling at farmers markets and pop-ups before realizing it wasn’t a sustainable business model for the scale I could maintain. The addition of plant rental services introduced itself pretty naturally that second year, and the transition to a wholesale audience followed soon after.

As a good friend/previous employer used to say (often), “Make a plan, adjust a plan”. And it’s so true. Go ahead and be disappointed for a minute when things don’t go the way you want, but then keep going. Stay fluid. Stay adaptable. Stay open. It doesn’t look like what I thought it would, but it’s even better in so many ways!! 🌿🌿🌿
