Changes are hard and every year we struggle with adding changes to our lives. Whether it be healthy eating, a new exercise routine, or even cutting out drinks or foods, it's a never-ending battle we have with ourselves.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here's the thing, the last month I've been trying to find what the right change for me is. I knew something was wrong but previous doctors told me I was fine. "You just needed to lose weight." rang in my ears doctors at each appointment. I tried everything. My constant fatigue would get to me. One day, I was high and full of energy, the next, I would be binge-watching Bridgerton on the couch.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
