Did you know sweet potato is actually a vine in the morning glory family? They're often sold with spring annuals at garden centers because they have a vine with bright colored leaves that looks nice in planters. Not all varietals are edible, but it's super easy to grow your own by plucking off the "slips" that sprout from untreated sweet potatoes!

Not but if you've reintroduced eggs I solidly recommend giving home made mayo a try. It's so easy you might never buy the store bought stuff again.
I love to make my mayo with avocado oil (no junk oils here baby!) and farm fresh eggs from my friends over at Rich's Chicks. Knowing I'm sourcing quality ingredients brings me piece of mind.
