My hairline is thriving—those recession areas have pretty much completely filled in! 🙌 Consistency with Nutrafol and the iRestore red light cap has truly paid off. 6 weeks into our hair regrowth journey and starting to see encouraging signs of new growth! I’ve been consistent with a full protocol: Nutrafol daily for internal support, the iRestore low-level laser and red light cap to stimulate follicles, and topical minoxidil to boost regrowth. Early stages, but the baby hairs are coming in — proof that patience and consistency are key. Excited to see continued progress!
