When we asked .sarah how she made it happen, she shared:
"I watched a bunch of tutorials, including one from FiftyFlowers. I initially tried using chenille stems like in the tutorial, but my tulip stems weren't quite hollow. I ended up layering a few stems at a time, taping as I went, and continued that process all the way to the top"
