Two years ago I weighed 218 lbs. I have lost 85 lbs and have kept it off for over a year. I was pre menopausal, pre diabetic, and in the worst physical shape of my life. I made lifestyle changes that are non negotiables. One thing about weight loss and then maintaining it is you CANNOT go back to how you use to eat prior to losing the weight.
