On July 14, 2012, tragedy rocked our world as the news came in that our son, Willy, 18, was mortally wounded in a traffic accident a mile from our home. Numbing disbelief, heartbreak, physical pain, and despair filled our every moment...our every breath. There is something to be said about the phrase "there is no word to describe the loss of a child", because there truly isn't a word. A parents, a
families, worst nightmare coming true. The questions, the pain, the regret, the guilt, the fear of another, the despair, the lack of control of the situation, are just a few things going through our minds during the stages of grief. If it were not for our family, Church family, many friends of Willy, and our Community, we would never have been able to move in any direction other than down into the earth, into the hole of despair where we found ourselves following this tragedy of life. We are so very thankful for everyone who assisted us, and humbly offer our services to other grieving parents who find themselves in this tragic nightmare.
