Using the kettlebell, we flowed through a Squat to Behind-the-Head Windmill—a powerful full-body combination that challenged mobility, strength, and stability all at once.

As we lowered into the squat, we activated the glutes and legs. Transitioning into the windmill with the kettlebell positioned behind the head, we opened the chest, lengthened the hamstrings and inner thighs, and strengthened the shoulders, obliques, and core.
