Yesterday I had the pleasure of giving a lecture at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton on Huai Xuan healing with kindness—a 300-year-old system of emotional healing through finding one’s center.

It’s always special to share this wisdom, but the highlight for me was one participant’s feedback: “I didn’t think I’d get something out of this talk… but I got a lot.”

That’s what it’s all about. Grateful for the opportunity and the open hearts in the room.
