We are looking for a skilled professional to fill our Office Administrator position in our Boca Raton, FL office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Call and schedule appointments
- Submit billing paperwork
- Update databases current databases and keep management informed
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years’ management experience in an office setting
- Specific industry experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
