6 months of hard work and dedication + twisted ankle and crying babies this beautiful woman lost 30LB ‼️‼️‼️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🙌🙌
I remember at the beginning stages how she’d complain about not seeing any change to her body, and the scale is not moving, that she can’t lift or run. I listened, continued to smile and reassure her that she is on the right path, keep up the work and sooner than later her body will catch up (Little by little it all adds up).
And sure enough it did!!!!
Not only she lost incredible 30LB but her stamina and strength improved tremendously, and let’s not forget about confidence and feel good.
Today she dominants the GYM and not ashamed of it 💪🏼
It’s those kind of texts that keeps me going!
There are no words to describe that feeling I get from watching my clients committed to their health and wellness. watching them win, celebrating their big and small milestone.
With tears in my eyes all I can say is that I am blessed and grateful. 🥹🙏🏼
If you are somewhere on your fitness journey and feeling discouraged, this is a reminder - DON’T GIVE UP. Remember, you signed up to improve your life and create something new for yourself. So keep on going. 👏🏼

When you feel like giving up, that’s when you have to keep on pushing. Growth will be on the other side.
We never know what is waiting for us around the corner that’s why we can’t quit we must simply keep going.
I am sure you can think of at least once in your life when you were about to end something but kept going anyways as hard as it was, only to look back and understand that if you had stopped right then, you would have not achieved what you have today.
keep on going, the treasure is on the other side of the rainbow 🌈 🙏🏼
