THE #1 LESSON FROM A FAILURE (Me)
I have set a unbelievably big goal lol.
To help 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of people improve their health & performance dramatically.
However.
I was not walking the walk. (Fully)
Sure….
I’m in good shape.
Work harder than most.
Try to do more than my competitors.
BUT….
I give in to temptation way too much.
Every day actually… for years
- phone time
- sleeping in
- non perfect diet
- 75% effort on a workout
- not following through on things
Who am I???
Floating through life being “pretty damn good”
It’s miserable.
Nobody remembers 3rd place.
It wasn’t until I STARTED DOING EVERYTHING I SAID I WAS GOING TO DO.
That’s when my life changed.
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.
I became like a freaking genie. 🔮
Every time I said something, I did it.
And it came true.
And that’s what I want for others too…
If only you knew how fulfilled, happy, healthy, and wealthy you could become just by DOING WHAT YOU SAY YOU’RE GOING TO DO…
You know what needs to get done.

BUT

• Rest/Recovery the other 97% of the week
• Eating WAY LESS - But FEASTING
• Sleeping Very Well
• Prioritizing Lifestyle
Most people think it’s crazy.
Or there’s something else to it.
But
Sean and I train anywhere from 3-6 hours per week MAX!
Less than 3% of the entire week…
