This might be one of the strangest pieces I’ve ever pressed into metal… and I’m completely in love! 🤩👩‍🏭

There’s something about taking a flat sheet of silver and forcing it into dimension — into expression — into story.

Impression dies have been used for centuries — hand-carved steel blocks created to replicate intricate relief designs over and over again. Before mass production, these were tiny sculptures in themselves, carved by master engravers whose names we may never know.

And I can’t help but wonder…
Who carved him?
Who was he modeled after?
Was he myth? Royalty? A muse?

Metal remembers pressure.
And this one feels like it’s holding something special.

⚡️ Formed under tons of pressure.
✨ Finished at the bench.
