Last week at the Northwestern Mutual Southern Region Regional Meeting, we watched Ana Andrade be recognized as Leader Intern for the entire Southern Region.

Her parents were in the crowd. Members of our district were there. And the room was filled with an entire ecosystem of financial professionals changing the future of financial planning across the nation.

We were there and the energy was unreal.

This moment is a true reflection of discipline, clarity, and belief.

It reminds us what’s possible at Northwestern Mutual when ambition meets opportunity. This is a home built for high achievers, where leadership is earned, growth is real, and doors open.

Our agency holiday party was definitely one for the books and honestly, the perfect reminder of just how much this year has transformed us.

When we look back on 2025, there’s one word that defines it: GROWTH.

We’re not done yet.

In 2026, we’ll be opening the doors to our new Coral Springs office, a space that represents everything we’ve worked for and everything we’re building next.

None of this would be possible without Northwestern Mutual.

It’s a moment to show not only your potential, but the ripple effect of the people who said yes, those who have walked this path with you, shared the long days, and poured their hearts into the mission.

Two years ago, around this time period, I asked my wife Sarah to marry me. Yesterday, I found myself asking for another yes, this time from a group of executives and partners, to believe in the dream we’re building here in Coral Springs.

We walked into that room with nerves, excitement, and pride — and walked out feeling deeply grateful for the preparation, the presentation, and the purpose that drives us forward.

We’re optimistic, humbled, and ready to continue creating impact for this company and this country at the highest possible level.
