Jeffrey Samuelson and JZ Construction are very proud of our dedicated teams from Van Atta Enginnering, Balsbaugh Excavating and Concrete, RP Plumbing and Rascon Precast Concrete for working through horrible weather conditions to get the foundations in and slab poured! Monday we begin framing this heavy timber, 12,000 sf, 13 acre ground up construction, Wedding Event Center in Franklin. 184,000 pounds of lumber has been delivered to the site from DC Structures in Oregon. So excited to see this rise up and take shape!
Stone Valley Meadows at 4914 Robinson Vail Road, Franklin, Ohio will be a magnificent showpiece for weddings and other special events.
