Decks decks decks for days

We popped off these front and back cedar decks for a customer a few weeks ago.

Haven't done a lot of cedar the last few years but they hit a much more attainable price point than maintenance free.

When we do these, we use aluminum spindles because staining the flats isn’t so bad but staining spindles is the big pain.

We also implement a lot of maintenance free features to our cedar decks. Rail hangers, post footers and a cocktail rail leave a clean finished look.

The finishing touch's make all the world of difference. In the final days of a flip, painting the internal visible vent black makes a noticeable difference.

This isn't a lot on its own, but coupled with caulking and painting trim, making sure outlet covers are wiped and sit flush and all the lights are the same color temperature... all of these little details add up to a site visit with a new buyer being left wowed!
