Why "StrongDad"? As a Christian father of two, I believe in physical strength and health and spiritual strength and health. I invest my heart and soul into my clients to see them succeed and be a role model to my family as a StrongDad.

After retiring from military service in the Italian Marines and being a Boxing Golden Gloves Champion, I've enjoyed the last decade as a personal trainer. I was top-ranked by Equinox here in Beverly Hills. Personal Training, fitness, and wellness are my specialty.
