THURSDAY'S EVENING THOUGHT, RAC FAMILYπ«β€οΈ
July 9, 2026 β‘β‘β‘ WEEK 1: LOVE_
ππ½ SCRIPTURE: βLoveβ¦ keeps no record of wrongs.β ~~~ 1 Corinthians 13:5
βAs far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.β~~~ Psalm 103:12
π§ THURSDAY'S TRUTH: Love throws away the scoreboard. God does not rehearse your past. So, you do not have to rehearse theirs. Forgiveness is not only forgetting. Forgiveness is refusing to weaponize the memory.
How To Release The Record?:
1. Name it: What offense are you still tracking?
2. Nail it: Take it to the cross. Jesus paid for it.
3. Notate it: Write βForgivenβ over that name today.
THURSDAY'S AFFIRMATION:
π«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎ
This Thursday I shred the record of wrongs. I do not collect offenses. I collect grace. What they did is real, but what Jesus did is greater. I release people from debts they cannot pay. I release myself from the prison of bitterness. I am forgiven, so I forgive. The love of God constrains me. I am a Finisher, and Finishers do not carry old weights into new seasons. Amen & Hallelujah

SPIRITUAL SABBATH FOR SUNDAY πΏππ½βοΈ
"BIBLICAL MEANING OF SABBATH" ~~~~
JULY 5, 2026
SUNDAY GREETINGS, RAC Family π«π
WHAT IS SABBATH?
Sabbath means "To Cease, To Rest, To Stop." It is Godβs gift of rhythm to mankind. Work six, rest one. Produce six, trust one. ~~~βBy the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing; so on the seventh day He rested from all His work." ~~~ Genesis 2:2
WHAT DAY IS CONSIDERED THE SABBATH?
1. Biblical Foundation: The Sabbath day is observed on Saturday, the seventh day of the week, according to Jewish tradition and various Christian denominations such as Seventh-day Adventists. It begins at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday. βRemember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.β ~~~
Exodus 20:8
2. Observed Differently Across Faiths:
Judaism: Shabbat is observed from Friday evening to Saturday nightfall, marked by abstaining from work and gathering for family meals and synagogue services.
Christianity: While the biblical Sabbath is Saturday, the majority of Christian denominations observe the Sabbath on Sunday in celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. βOn the first day of the week we came together to break bread.β ~~~ Acts 20:7
Islam: Though not called the Sabbath, Friday is the holy day in Islam, dedicated to communal prayer and reflection.
WHAT DAY IS YOUR SABBATH, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY?
The letter of the law points to Saturday. The spirit of the law points to rest in Christ. βThere remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters Godβs rest also rests from their works, just as God did from His.β ~~~ Hebrews 4:9-10
Sabbath is not about a day. Sabbath is about a decision. A decision to cease striving. A decision to trust God with what is unfinished. A decision to delight in Him. βIf you call the Sabbath a delightβ¦ then you will find your joy in the Lord.β ~~~ Isaiah 58:13-14
SPIRITUAL SABBATH FOR FINISHERS:
ππππππππππππππ
S ~ STOP the hustle and honor Godβs rhythm. (Exodus 31:15)
A ~ ABIDE in His presence, not your performance. (John 15:4)
B ~ BELIEVE that he works while you rest. (Psalm 127:2)
B ~ BREATHE deep and receive His peace. (Matthew 11:28)
A ~ APPRECIATE that Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath. (Mark 2:28)
T ~ TRUST that six days of obedience is greater than seven days of striving. (Deuteronomy 5:12-15)
H ~ HONOR the One who finished it all on the cross. (John 19:30)
POWERFUL SUNDAY AFFIRMATION:
β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘
This Sunday I enter Spiritual Sabbath. I do not earn rest; I receive it. I cease from dead works and trust the finished work of Jesus Christ. Whether Saturday or Sunday, my true Sabbath is found in Him. I lay down anxiety, control, and performance at His feet. I pick up peace, presence, and promise. I am not anxious for tomorrow because the Lord of the Sabbath holds my today. My mind is renewed. My body is restored. My spirit is refreshed. I honor God with my rest because He honored me with His Son. Jesus is my Sabbath rest. I am a Finisher, and Finishers know how to work and how to worship. ~~~ AMENππ½

SATURDAY AFFIRMATION:
β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘
This Saturday I do not measure my worth by my output. I measure it by my obedience. If the week was productive, I thank God. If the week was hectic, I trust God. Either way, He is pruning me for more fruit. I release what I did not finish and rest in the One who finished it all. I am rooted in love. I am renewed in joy. I am resting in peace. The same Spirit that grew fruit Monday through Friday is cultivating me on Saturday. I am a Finisher, and Finishers know when to work and when to worship. Amen ππΎ

Blessed July RAC Familyπ«π
π« THIS JULY 1ST THEME IS BEAR FRUIT THAT REMAINS β€οΈβΊοΈβπΎ
We are not just posting scripture this month. We are *living* it. The *Fruit of the Spirit* is not for decoration. It is for demonstration. _Galatians 5:22-23_ is our July blueprint.
ππ½ Scripture: βBut the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, & Self-Control; against such things there is no law." ~~~ Galatians 5:22-23
HERE IS HOW WE IMPLEMENT EACH FRUIT THIS JULY β SEALED WITH 3 WITNESSES
1. Love: Choose people over pride.
π€ Implementation: Call the person you are avoiding. Pray for the person who hurt you. Love is a decision, not a feeling.
β Scripture 1: βWe love because He first loved us.β ~~~ 1 John 4:19
β Scripture 2: βAbove all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.β ~~~ 1 Peter 4:8
β Scripture 3: βAnd now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.β ~~~ 1 Corinthians 13:13
2. Joy: Praise before the breakthrough.
π€ Implementation: Start each morning with worship music, not the news. Joy is not based on circumstances. It is based on Christ.
β Scripture 1: βThe joy of the Lord is your strength.β ~~~ Nehemiah 8:10
β Scripture 2: βRejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!β ~~~ Philippians 4:4
β Scripture 3:* _βYou make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.β_ β Psalm 16:11
3. Peace: Protect your peace like it is property.
π€ Implementation: Turn off notifications after 8 PM. Say "No" to drama. Peace is the calm that comes from knowing God is in control.
β Scripture 1: βYou will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast.β ~~~ Isaiah 26:3
β Scripture 2: βAnd the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds.β ~~~ Philippians 4:7
β Scripture 3: βPeace I leave with you; my peace I give you.β ~~~ John 14:27
4. Patience: Wait without whining.
π€ Implementation: When you are stuck in traffic or waiting on God, use the time to pray instead of complain. Patience is trust on display.
β Scripture 1: βBe still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.β ~~~ Psalm 37:7
β Scripture 2: βBut if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.β ~~~ Romans 8:25
β Scripture 3: βBe completely humble and gentle; be patient; and bearing with one another in love.β ~~~ Ephesians 4:2
5. Kindness: Make it a daily deposit.
π€ Implementation: Pay for someoneβs coffee. Send one encouraging text every day in July. Kindness is love in work clothes.
β Scripture 1: βBe kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another.β ~~~ Ephesians 4:32
β Scripture 2: βBut love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back.β ~~~ Luke 6:35
β Scripture 3: βTherefore, as Godβs chosen people, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility.β ~~~ Colossians 3:12
6. Goodness: Do the right thing when no one is watching.
π€ Implementation: Return the extra change. Speak up for the person not in the room. Goodness is integrity with shoes on.
β Scripture 1: βDo not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.β ~~~ Romans 12:21
β Scripture 2: βAnd as for you, brothers and sisters, never tired of doing what is good.β ~~~ 2 Thessalonians 3:13
β Scripture 3: βFor we are Godβs handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.β ~~~ Ephesians 2:10
7. Faithfulness: Show up when it is hard.
π€ Implementation: Keep your word even when it costs you. Be on time to church, to work, to your commitments. God is faithful, so we must be faithful.
β Scripture 1: βLet love and faithfulness never leave you.β ~~~ Proverbs 3:3
β Scripture 2: βHis master replied, βWell done, good and faithful servant!" ~~~ Matthew 25:21
β Scripture 3: βIf we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself.β ~~~ 2 Timothy 2:13
8. Gentleness: Strength under control.
π€ Implementation: Answer the disrespectful email with grace. Correct your children without yelling. Gentleness is not weakness. It is power wrapped in love.
β Scripture 1: βA gentle answer turns away wrath.β ~~~ Proverbs 15:1
β Scripture 2: βLet your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.β ~~~ Philippians 4:5
β Scripture 3: βTake my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart.β ~~~ Matthew 11:29
9. Self-Control: Tell your flesh "No."
π€Implementation: Put the phone down during family time. Walk away from the second plate. Self-control is saying "Yes" to God by saying "No" to you.
β Scripture 1: βLike a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.β ~~~ Proverbs 25:28
β Scripture 2: βBut I discipline my body and keep it under control.β ~~~ 1 Corinthians 9:27
β Scripture 3: βFor the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." ~~~ 2 Timothy 1:7
JULY AFFIRMATION:
β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘
This July I do not just quote the Fruit of the Spirit. I cultivate it. I am rooted in Christ, so I bear love when hate is easy. I bear joy when sorrow is loud. I bear peace when chaos is close. I am patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled. I do not produce this fruit. The Holy Spirit produces it through me. I am a Finisher, and Finishers bear fruit that remains. AMEN

BLESSED TUESDAY RAC FAMILY π«π
THIS SPECIAL TUESDAY'S THEME IS CHOOSE THIS DAY* βοΈπ
ππ½
My Daughter and I went to Sight & Sound in Lancaster to see "JOSHUA." The trip sponsored by First Zion Baptist Church of Edgemont, and God met us there. Standing in front of that poster, I reached up and touched the promise with my own hands.
π« Joshua did not play about his house. And neither will I.
ππ½ Scripture: βBut as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.β ~~~ Joshua 24:15
1. Choose Courage Over Comfort:
Joshua was told βBe strong and courageousβ 4 times before he crossed over. Fear is loud, but faith has to be louder.
ππ½ Scripture: βHave I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.β ~~~ Joshua 1:9
2. Choose Obedience Over Opinion:
Marching around Jericho made no sense. Shouting at walls looked foolish. But obedience brings walls down.
ππ½ Scripture: βBy faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days.β ~~~ Hebrews 11:30
3. Choose Legacy Over Likes:
Joshuaβs declaration was not for social media. It was for his children, his grandchildren, and every generation after.
ππ½ Scripture: βOnly be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen.β ~~~ Deuteronomy 4:9
Tuesday Affirmation:
βββββββββββ
Today, I choose like Joshua. I choose courage when I feel fear. I choose obedience when it does not make sense. I choose to serve the Lord with my house, my health, my heart, and my habits. I do not just watch the story β I live it. I am strong. I am steadfast. I am a Finisher. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Amen._
π Special thanks to First Zion Baptist Church of Edgemont for making this faith-building experience possible for me and my daughter. When the church invests in exposure, God invests in expansion.
