Been obsessed with beericanos since I discovered them last year. A classic is great, but I wanted to push it further. Sweet vermouth infused with freeze-dried strawberries. Bitter Bianco infused with freeze-dried pineapple. 24 hours each.
Juicy and fruit-forward up front. Bitter and complex on the finish. That snappy pilsner bite ties it all together.

Strawberry Pineapple Beericano 🍓🍍🍺
▫️1 1/4 oz Strawberry infused Bianco Vermouth
▫️1 1/4 oz Pineapple infused Bitter Bianco Aperitif
▫️1/4 oz Lemon Juice
▫️6 oz Trumer Pils Beer
▫️Garnish with an Orange Peel
Strawberry infused Bianco Vermouth🍓
▫️30 g Freeze Dried Strawberries
▫️295 ml Bianco Vermouth
Infuse for 24 hours. Strain the solids. Squeeze the solid to get the juice out.
Pineapple infused Bitter Bianco Aperitif🍺
▫️30 g Freeze Dried Pineapple
▫️295 ml Bitter Bianco Aperitif
Infuse for 24 hours. Strain the solids. Squeeze the solid to get the juice out.
