• Real Democracy / Sacred Activism — community dialogues and civic friendship circles grounded in nonviolent communication
• East Bay Civic Hub — early prototypes of community-led coordination and leadership development
• Tech Empowerment — hands-on IT support + tech confidence-building that strengthens economic inclusion (especially for women, immigrants, and older adults)
• Democracy Walls / BaM experiments — participatory public installations reaching new communities
• Hackathon recognition — a climate project decision-support tool earned 2nd place at SF Climate Week
