I love food, this comes as a surprise to no one that knows me; I love sourcing it, preparing it, storing it and eating it, and I really love experiences with food that fill me with joy. It might sound over the top, but acquiring, preparing, feasting and sharing this meal kit meal from did just that. It got my body vibrating with a joy that can only be felt this time of year, when buds and bodies rejoice- the season of plenty is upon us!

In your pre-purchased kit for two (we made six meals from this with two more heads of lettuce;) available for pickup at Wednsday’s Farmer’s Market downtown, you’ll find what you need, along with the recipe, to make a beautiful fresh, local meal. And you don’t have to use any brainpower considering what you’re going to make for dinner, or lunch the following day too!
