Bend OR Little Libraries

New little library in NWX at the corner of NW Cruzatte and NW Dorion. 😄

Thanks to a Westside neighbor and friend she got all spiffed up today!! ❤️

I’m thinking a lot about this Library at 1565 Portland Ave this morning. I designed it (my friend Buck built it) with the bench for an older woman that walked everyday with her daughter and when I told her it was for her she responded with “Then it shall be called “Louisa’s Library and Lounge”!” And it is!
She has since passed (I am entering one of possessions in the fair later this month- more about that later) and I would love it if someone took some paper towels, windex and books and fluffed her up!!! Hard to do from Wisconsin.
