After a 60 min scenic drive into the jungle and wading through a swift river, we arrived at a peaceful community called La Ventana. ⁣
⁣
Here we have been invited to partake in a sacred ritual of prayer, song, and dance from dusk until dawn.⁣
⁣
In 2012, a prophecy was revealed that it was time for the indigenous to share their ancient ways with the western world. It is time for humanity to wake up from a long unconscious slumber and remember the ancient wisdom that resides within us all.⁣

Together we sent a powerful prayer to revive the memory of our true nature and deep knowing that we are all one…one with all of creation. ⁣
⁣
To restore unity consciousness is to heal the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual imbalances we see so prevalent in society today. ⁣
⁣
There is a sacredness to life, but it can only be accessed through stillness, through presence, and by opening your heart to loving all hearts as if it is your own.⁣

Here I am being reborn again. How many times can I possibly go through the fire of transformation? I used to resist, fight, and run from this process only to experience more overwhelm, sadness, confusion, and struggle. Now I see it as a blessing and embrace it. Source has orchestrated just the right circumstances to liberate me from the pain of my past so I can embody all the love and joy that I truly am. ⁣

I’m not saying it’s easy. It’s a lot of work and extremely uncomfortable but soooo worth it. As my dear brother and mentor Chief Phil Lane says…”the fire of transformation is also your healing waters”.⁣

Trust the process. Your struggle is an opportunity to be 𝘙𝘌𝘉𝘖𝘙𝘕 and 𝘙𝘐𝘚𝘌!⁣

There’s so much change happening right now in our inner and outer worlds. It’s making my head spin! How are you doing with it?⁣

I believe it’s inspired by a conscious (or unconscious) desire to come into a greater alignment with our core values, beliefs, priorities, and vision for our life.⁣
⁣
This desire is an invitation to heal and break old self limiting patterns so that we can create something new. ⁣
⁣
Be prepared, this can be exhilarating and terrifying all at the same time. It could bring up a whirlwind of emotions. ⁣
⁣
PAUSE AND JUST BREATHE⁣
⁣
Trust yourself and trust the unfolding of life. It will lead you where you’re meant to go and support you along the way. ⁣

Just focus on one small step at a time. ⁣
⁣
You can’t mess up or miss out on what’s destined to be your journey. ⁣

You’re more courageous and resilient than you can imagine!⁣
