Not all protein is created equal! 🍳🥩🌱
Animal-based proteins like eggs, dairy, chicken, and fish are complete proteins with all the essential amino acids (including BCAAs) needed to efficiently build and repair muscle.
Plant-based proteins can play a big role too! You just may need a little more variety or volume to get the same muscle-building effect. 💪🔥
