Hey friends, it looks like someone took one of our coolers sometime last night or early this morning and left a kind note behind.

I want to assume positive intent and use this as an opportunity to clarify that the coolers and tables at the pantry are not available to take. Even when they are not in perfect condition, they serve an important purpose by helping us safely store and distribute food to families. Replacing them is expensive and takes resources away from supporting our community.

I paint "HSBB" on the coolers to help identify them, and I will be adding additional signage to make things even clearer.

Thankfully, this was not the brand-new cooler that was recently purchased for us. That one is too valuable to risk leaving out so I bring it in daily. Now, I have no permanent nighttime cooler.

If you are in need of a small cooler, please reach out. I occasionally have styrofoam coolers available and would be happy to help connect you with one.
