Community Development Program of Beaver County

This month marks the third year of operating our 24-hour men's emergency shelter.
In 2022, we launched construction with a wall-breaking ceremony and in June of 2023, we opened the doors to offer safe shelter, wraparound support services, and housing assistance for men who are unhoused.
Since then, hundreds of men have come through our doors and 75% of them have not needed to return to shelter because they not only got the safety and support they needed, but they became stably housed and are rebuilding their lives.
We couldn't have come this far without the support of our compassionate, generous community...from funders and donors to staff and volunteers to partner agencies and public officials who work alongside us and champion our mission to prevent and end homelessness in Beaver County.
Thank you! 🙏
đź’ť If you or someone you know is interested in lending a hand to help sustain our critical work, we are running "A Promise of Home" Spring/Summer campaign where every gift is matched dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000 thanks to a generous match gift from The Wright Promise.
Every gift of any size will go twice as far to provide emergency shelter, housing and utility assistance, basic needs and resources for our neighbors who are unhoused or struggling with a housing-related crisis.
To make your kind gift, visit CornerstoneBeaver.org or use the link in the comments.
Thank you for helping to end homelessness in our Beaver County community!
